Day 9 - Urban Lubbock


Above is the Omni Building in downtown Lubbock, Texas.  Much of old downtown Lubbock is in decay, but the city has been investing in a rebuild project to build up the downtown area.  This includes the Omni Building, which will become the headquarters of the police department in Lubbock.
